An 11 month old girl brought to the B K Civil hospital in Delhi died due to delayed treatment. The parents claim that the OPD asked them to register in the hospital, however the registration process asked them for an Aadhaar card, which they did not have. The hospital claims that the girl was already dying when she was brought to the hospital. They don’t appear to have denied requiring an Aadhaar card.
